Rick and Val Swinchoski have organized a GREAT gathering for Saturday, June 24, in Waterville where the green and town hall have been reserved for us.
Plan to arrive around 11 a.m. on the green, which is on Route 109 in Waterville. Time to meet and greet. Bring snacks and drinks.
TOUR START TIME: The tour will begin at 1:00 p.m. following the usual briefing, and will last about an hour.
BBQ: Rick will have grills set up for the BBQ starting as soon as we return to the green, around 2-2:30 p.
There are some picnic tables on the green, and chairs and tables (and a bathroom) inside the town hall.
Everyone should bring something to share – it’s potluck!
There is a covered bridge across the street for photo ops, Val says, and notes there are shopping opportunities at the end of the drive, including Vermont Flannel, Johnson Woolen Mills, Butternut Mountain Farm maple products.
COST PER PERSON $5.00 to cover the BBQ and fee for the green and hall. Pay at the door.
