October 18, 2025 GMR Annual Meeting & Driving Tour.

Pursuant to the GMR Bylaws the GMR is required to hold its Annual Meeting during the month of October. The 2025 Annual Meeting & Breakfast will take place at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Montpelier, Vermont on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The event will begin at 9.30am with the breakfast service beginning shortly after. A very short business meeting will take place during the event.

Immediately following the meeting, for those interested, we will embark on driving tour. Depending on Mother Nature’s plans this may even qualify as a fall foliage tour. Upon leaving the hotel will proceed to Middlesex via Route 2 where we will jump onto Route 110B before joining the infamous Vermont Route 100. We will continue on Route 100 to its intersection with Route 107 towards Bethel. We will conclude the tour at the Royalton Park and Ride with its close proximity to both directions on I-89.

The cost for breakfast is $37/person. The menu will include a full breakfast buffet including sliced fresh fruit, assorted pastries/breads, roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, season juices along with coffee & tea.
