GMR Annual Meeting & Luncheon & Fall Tour

Event Details

Join your fellow members for the Green Mountain Region’s Annual Meeting & Luncheon on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the Sugarbush Resort in Warren. The meeting and luncheon will take place in the Castlerock Pub at the base of the mountain closest to the Super Bravo Quad chair lift.

The meeting will begin at 12.30pm with the lunch service beginning at 1.15pm. During the lunch service we will conduct a raffle with some neat prizes and remote-control racing. We have the Pub reserved from noon through 3.00pm so there should be plenty of time to conduct the official business and more importantly, plenty of time for socializing. Weather permitting, we will also have access to the Pub’s patio.

This year’s meeting is especially important because we will hold elections for the four officer positions (President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary), approve the 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes and have a member Open Forum. If you would like to be a candidate for one of the offices drop a note expressing your interest to Lou Krieg at Lou@GMSW.com by October 8, 2022.

The cost for lunch is $40/person. The menu will include Montreal Grilled Chicken Breast (boneless breast of chicken with cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and sliced tomato served on ciabatta bread brushed with chipotle mayo), Hummus Wrap (garlic hummus with baby spinach and roasted vegetables served in a flour tortilla wrap), Turkey Time (smoked turkey breast, Swiss cheese, crisp bacon with lettuce, tomato and cranberry mayo served on focaccia bread) accompanied mixed green and pasta salads, whole fruit, soft drinks and assorted fresh baked cookies.
