GMR member Paul Zuchowski will offer an “Introduction to Exterior Detailing tech session” at his home in Williston. The program will cover topics such as paint, paint correction, paint care, glass cleaning, trim cleaning and proper washing techniques. He will be using tools such as grit guards, microfiber towels and applicators, clay bars, dual-action polishing tools, various polishing pads and compounds and various coatings and waxes. There will be live demos on one of his family vehicles and participants will be given the opportunity to try their hand using some of the tools and products. The session will take place in Paul’s heated garage so we will be meeting rain or shine. However, you should consider bringing a sweatshirt or jacket as the heat is set around 45 degrees.
Due to the size of his garage participation will be limited to the first 12 members to sign up. If there is sufficient interest Paul has offered to conduct additional sessions over the coming months.
